1.SERVICE DELIVERY OVERVIEW
Moovers Holidays Pvt Ltd is a travel and tourism service provider. We do not ship or deliver any physical products. All services such as bookings, tickets, vouchers, and itineraries are delivered digitally.
2.DIGITAL SERVICE DELIVERY
After booking confirmation, all documents including e-tickets, hotel vouchers, and itineraries are delivered via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Delivery is considered successful once the document is sent digitally.
3.SERVICE FULFILMENT
Travel services are fulfilled by airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and activity providers. Moovers Holidays Pvt Ltd facilitates the booking and ensures timely delivery of all confirmations.
4.NO PHYSICAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
As no physical goods are shipped, returns, exchanges, or replacements do not apply. All modifications relate only to travel services as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5.SERVICE NON-DELIVERY OR FAILURE
If documents are not received or a service is cancelled by a supplier, we will resend documents, provide alternatives, or initiate refunds as applicable under supplier rules.
6.DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES FOR DIGITAL DOCUMENTS
Holiday Package Confirmation: 24–72 hours
Flight Ticket: Instant to 24 hours
Hotel Voucher: 12–48 hours
Itinerary: 24–48 hours
7.SERVICE DELAYS
Delays may occur due to supplier processing time, holidays, technical issues, or payment verification delays. Customers will be informed promptly.
8.CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must provide accurate contact details and check email inbox, spam folders, and WhatsApp regularly. Any errors should be reported immediately.
