1.CANCELLATIONS

Our policy allows cancellations up to 15 days before the travel date. If 15 days have passed from the scheduled departure, unfortunately we cannot offer any refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the booking must be cancelled within the allowed time frame and meet airline, hotel, and vendor-specific refund rules.

2.Non-refundable Services:

– Visa fees, insurance charges, government taxes

– Non-refundable flight fares as per airline policy

– Hotel bookings where 100% retention applies

– Peak season / festive / promotional bookings

– Partially used or unused travel services

3.DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

To process a cancellation or refund, we may require booking invoice, payment proof, ID details, and written cancellation request sent to: mooversholidays@gmail.com.

4.PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may apply based on hotel, airline, or vendor deductions. Refunds passed on only after receiving confirmation from suppliers.

5.REFUND PROCESS

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds take 7–21 working days depending on suppliers, and are credited to the original payment method.

6.LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If refund is delayed, check bank account, contact card issuer, then bank. If still missing, email mooversholidays@gmail.com.

7.NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

Sale offers, festive packages, discounted packages, and peak season bookings cannot be refunded.

8.BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

Modifications are subject to availability, vendor approval, and additional charges. For modifications, email mooversholidays@gmail.com

9.GIFTS / TRANSFERRED BOOKINGS

Refunds are issued only to the original payer. Gift credits may apply if booking was marked as a gift

10.SERVICE DELIVERY & VARIATIONS

We are not liable for delays or disruptions due to travel conditions, government rules, weather, or vendor issues.

11.CANCELLATION BY COMPANY

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction Surat, Gujarat.
